Merchants Moving & Storage

These 2 awesome girls moved my stuff in lightning fast and didn't break ,scratch or dent not a single thing. I would recommend them above all others.

Great crew that worked well together.

I received a promise of a skilled crew for my move. Only one of the workers was licensed to drive a truck, and he was rather inexperienced and unfortunately drove the truck loaded with my belongings into a ditch. The company then refused to inspect my goods for damage or furnish the name of their i...

We are seniors and needed help unloading the freezer. We had purchased in Missoula. We were going to try doing it with a dolly on our own but both of us have bad backs and my husband called merchants moving at 9 o'clock in the morning and asked if they had one or two people that could unload a freez...

This is without a doubt the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. I had just bought a safe and was told this company could deliver it. I called and was quoted a price. I had to wait about 6 weeks for delivery and then they called the day before and doubled the price. Then when it arrived...

Great place. Friendly service. Very helpful

My husband had a delivery in Hamilton, coming from Southern California and we needed some delivery assistance and the Merchants office team was very accommodating with the schedule, gave us tips on how to get into the town and the Merchants' moving crew was polite and helpful working to meet our del...

We used Merchants for a local move in November. They were precisely on time, careful a

Ours was a complicated move with big pieces, leaving a MT house where things are spread out ranch style and arriving at a Chicago condo with much less space. I can't deliver enough praise for the truly great job the move-out crew did in MT and the thoroughly professional team that showed up to wrest...

I needed my son's boxes moved and stored the same day. Tabitha came through with flying colors. They were there within an hour and put everything in storage for him. Best service in a long time.

Reliable and never fails to perform above and beyond.

Highly professional and very good customer service!

We used Merchants Moving & Storage in Hamilton, MT for initially storing our furniture from Nevada for 3 months, and then to move from their storage facility to our home in Montana. We had major problems with Wheaton Worldwide who moved our household into storage at Merchants... They did not stretch...

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD. The worst company I ever dealt wtih. Rude does not begin to describe the unprofessional behavior especially of OWNER, Pam. I waited over 6 months for her to get back to me on a quote for a crating job. I finally followed up today and she yelled at me...
